1. I picked this photo because it really shows a lot of emotion and it captures the moment very well.
2. My eyes were drawn to this photo because I like how the photographer didn't use the rule of thirds and just had the subject be in the very center. It helps the mom and daughter be the center of attention.
3. I think this photo made the Top 40 Most Powerful Photos because it is very emotional to see people that were fighting in the war get reunited with their families. It is such a happy moment and the photographer captured it really well.
