1. I chose this photo because the photographer captured the reaction at the perfect time and it is a very powerful photo.
2. My eyes were drawn to this photo because it is in black and white and the little boy face is so close up that you really want to look at it.
3. I think this picture was chosen for the Top 40 Most Powerful Photographs because it is so powerful to see how shocked and happy the little boy is to hear for the first time.
