A: I think the most powerful picture in this slideshow is the one where Ian is walking towards the plane to leave. I think it is very powerful because you can see the emotion on his face because it is finally real and he is actually leaving for war.
B:
Set 1: Image 1- Image 9
Set 2: Image 10-Image 50
Set 3: Image 51-Image 75
Set 4: Image 76-Image 82
I think Set 2 is the most powerful because you can see the transformation in Ian's life as you see how hard it is for him and all of the things that he goes through before he actually gets deployed.
C: The images really work together to tell a story because you can see all of the steps and stages that Ian went through to join the army and all of the training he had to go through. It is real powerful because you see all of the emotions from his return and his leaving.

A: For the photos where Ian is the main subject, the captions are usually written in present tense.
B: The captions enhance the photographs because they help you understand what is going on in the picture so it can help tell the story of Ian a little better.
